Can't recommend this spot enough - primo location close to main attractions, staff super chill 'n helpful, and the rooms, although not huge, are comfy as! Appreciated the chill vibes in the hotel with free breaky on tap and early check-in, plus the quick airport shuttle is a mega bonus. Only minor downer was no lobby coffee, but ain't a deal-breaker with Starbucks next door and McDonald's round the block for your caffeine fix! ✌️

Dive into the heavenly home-made pastries and savor the epic tales of flavor. The welcoming staff and cleanliness add a cherry on top. Located near a treasure trove of dining hotspots like Carmine's Italian Restaurant and Ceci Italian Restaurant & Bar.

The room was snug but cozy, missing a fridge and microwave.

Stayed at this hotel near Times Square recently and had a fab experience! the location is absolutely fantastic, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions in the Times Square and Theater District area. the bed was super comfy, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

There were a couple things that could be improved. the bathroom wasn't ideal - had some issues with hot water and rust around the tub faucet.

Its location and staff were great that's why I really enjoyed the place. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, including fresh fruit, eggs and toast.

The Hotel At Times Square provided a comfortable stay with two beds, a shower, a bathroom, a safe, refrigerator, and a microwave at an affordable price. the room was clean and cozy, and the location was amazing. However, the window being closed off was an odd choice that could be improved for a better experience.

Original hotel, breakfast each day was savoury and the location near Times Square was strategic! The staff was pretty friendly and efficient, everything was good. A private safe, cable TV with on-demand movies and a writing table in the room and the comfy bed.

The breakfast options were limited and not up to par, with defrosted Eggo waffles and old coffee. However, the availability of fresh fruits like bananas and apples was a plus.

The stuff were courteous and decent, were waiting for us in the nice lobby.

Location was ideal for our activities, but ongoing disturbances and maintenance issues made our stay uncomfortable overall. Noise from slamming doors and hallway disruptions were constant nuisances. Despite the tired appearance, clean linens and friendly staff offered some comfort during this visit to the heart of NYC.

the location was spot on for times square and most of the attractions i wanted to see. hotel staff were friendly, rooms cleaned daily, and free wi-fi was invaluable. the free safe in the room was handy for keeping valuables secure. breakfast, though the same selection daily, was cost-effective compared to dining out every morning.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! the location was excellent, with Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and the Theater District all within walking distance. the hotel offered free wifi, which was very convenient. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with a decent size. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge and microwave in the room. the staff was also very helpful, especially when we needed something overnighted to the hotel.

Hotel very well located in NYC. Everything is nearby: theaters, shops, sites to visit. And no worries about either taking the subway right next to the hotel or having a taxi stop as soon as you wave.

In my recent stay, the hotel’s location was the best aspect. Being reasonably close to the theatre district, this hotel is near everything. It is just a few blocks away from Times Square, which made going around the city convenient. The staff was also very friendly and had excellent communication skills. During my transit through New York, I stayed at The Hotel At Times Square, and I was impressed by its proximity to LaGuardia airport, just 15 km away. This made my journey extremely convenient and stress-free. the location of the hotel amid Broadway, Central Park, and iconic landmarks provided a wonderful taste of the vibrant city.

While the hotel's refurbishment was delightful, the limited number of elevators, especially with only one providing access to the basement where the breakfast room and bathrooms are located, caused some inconvenience. As someone with difficulty walking, I had to wait for the elevator for a considerable amount of time, which was a minor drawback.

I keep returning for a wonderful stay. The staff's sweet attitude towards my old parents left a lasting impression. The hotel has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a fitness centre, and a restaurant. Coming back for Christmas!
